When I set a higher expectation for myself,there I'll be trapped in the disturbance of stress.I'm working really hard to get a scholarship lately,but somehow,it made me losing myself once.I was depressing myself.Where's the premier principle of studying I adapted huh?Grrrr...So I continue to trap myself in the perception:"No please Iyee Poon,you must get it no matter what,you must conquer everything in order to be successfully achieve your goal...Stress,Study Hard,Distinction,High Distinction,Passing marks?..."The questions are overwhelming my spirit all the time.
Without a D or HD scores doesn't mean world ends.I should meditate on it.
